The robust 35mm gauge provides exceptional flat-plane stability and is highly resistant to sagging, even under significant weight. With a consistent density of 0.64 g/cm³ and a reliable internal bonding strength of 0.25 MPa, this board ensures a solid core for precision machining and heavy hardware integration. Its high-density, multi-layer surface is precision-sanded to accommodate high-pressure laminates (HPL), thick wood veneers, and melamine facing.
