Our 15mm E0-grade particleboard is a high-performance, mid-gauge substrate engineered for precision furniture manufacturing and high-end interior joinery. Performance Profile

With a density of 0.64 g/cm³ and a consistent internal bonding strength of 0.25 MPa, this 15mm board offers excellent dimensional stability and superior flat-plane integrity. Its triple-layer graded structure features a high-density, fine-grained surface optimized for a smooth, telegraph-free finish when applying high-pressure laminates (HPL), melamines, or natural wood veneers.
